Standard hours
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30. During these hours you can come without booking, we always have at least one machine free. In season we recommend calling ahead.
Weekends and holidays
By phone arrangement. Saturday and Sunday work flexibly — call a day ahead and we'll set an exact time. In peak season (June – August) we're available 7 days a week.
Off-season + winter months
November – March hours are limited, by arrangement. In winter we ride only in suitable conditions — the off-road Kugoo G3 and G4 handle worse weather, the city G2 better in the dry.

Christmas (24-26.12), Easter (Good Friday + Easter Monday) closed. 1.1, 1.5, 8.5, 5.7, 29.8, 1.9, 15.9, 1.11, 17.11 we operate by phone arrangement. Call a day ahead.
