What we set aside,
so we trust each other.
We return the deposit in full when the machine comes back in order. In case of damage you pay a deductible up to max €100 — the rest is covered by insurance.
Deposit
One deposit for every Kugoo scooter. You pay it on pickup, we return it when the machine comes back in order.
Minimum rental
We rent scooters for a minimum of one week. We don't offer shorter periods — a longer rental makes sense for you and for us.
Basic insurance
Included in the rental. Covers theft and crash damage. 30% deductible, max €100.
Payment method
Cash, QR code or bank transfer. We return the deposit the same way you paid.
Extension
Want to keep the machine longer? Call us and we'll extend your rental by another week. A better rate for longer periods.
What to bring
An ID card or passport for identification. No driver's license needed — scooters under 25 km/h are not classified as motor vehicles.

Do I need an ID?
Yes — passport or national ID for identification. Driver's license is not required (scooters under 25 km/h are not classified as motor vehicles).
Return early?
Yes, you can return the scooter early — the deposit comes back in full immediately. The minimum rental is one week, so every started week is always charged in full.
Battery defect?
If the battery drains rapidly on its own (defect, not your fault), we'll bring a loaner machine free of charge or refund the unused days.
Foreign visitor?
Yes, we rent to international guests too. Passport + deposit. Slovak, English, German all good.
Reserve in advance?
In season (April–October) we recommend booking a day ahead. Off season just call in the morning.
Opening hours?
Mon – Fri 8:00 – 16:30. Weekends by arrangement (usually yes). Outside hours by SMS for reservations.
